Before sending anything back
Please contact us first so we can confirm the correct return destination and any item-specific requirements. Do not send a return to an address from the parcel label unless our support instructions confirm it.
Condition of returned items
Where a return is approved, items should be kept in appropriate condition with the original product components and packaging where reasonably possible. Certain products may have item-specific eligibility requirements for hygiene, safety or other reasons; these will be shown with the product or during the return process.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back through the applicable payment method when available. The time for the credit to appear can depend on the payment provider.
